the political demise of George W. Bush

On my website blog, I've posted plenty about the campaign which I'm now heartily sick of hearing about, and the current economic crisis.

The administration and both candidates have been pressuring Congress and the public to accept their two bailout packages and it seems that, up till now, neither will. In the past, the Bushies had everyone quaking in their boots to make them accept the most egregious of their programs including the Iraq War, The Patriot Act and their botched responses to virtually everything. It seems now the public has had enough.

For myself, I don't want to see another Bush appointee in charge of anything let alone the financial system. And I don't want to see any more theft of taxpayer dollars which has already gone on for 8 years.

Halliburton and the big oil companies can go you-know-what, in the words of our beloved vice-president, Darth Vader. And also, in the words of Peter Finch in "Network" and also the title of one of my blogs "We're mad as hell..."

If you think I'm exaggerating please read this article and comments.
