Conductor Edward Downes And Wife Joan Die In Swiss Suicide Clinic
"I understand it was not a murd3r suicide, I was referring to a self induced death following and because of the guilt associated with an abortion."
What does abortion have to do with this? Why do you bring in "straw men" to knock down? The Downes' were a sensible elderly couple without religion (who were not contemplating an abortion) so why should they listen to the imaginary words of an imaginary desert god?
The Flying Spaghetti Monster is "morally relativistic"? It was a joke-god invented in 2005 in response to the Kansas City School Board's absurd decision to require the teaching of "creationism"; another example of religion's butting in where it shouldn't have. (This decision was quickly knocked down, of course.) Bobby Henderson who invented the FSM was saying that it made as much sense as the old man in the sky with a long white beard who was supposed to have created the universe.
"Props himself up as god in his own heart,"; is that not religion-speak for making ones own decisions instead of listening to the words of a morally corrupt bunch of priests and their colleagues who claim they speak for "God"? "God" has not spoken to me so I have to take my own advise perhaps after listening to other people's ideas.
No sir, you have the right to make any statements you want but not to butt into anyone else's life or decisions.
