DA Cyrus Vance was left with serious egg on his face by this case and he is only trying to remove it.



DSK a skirt-chas­er? I have little doubt about that as many heterosexu­al men are, by definition­. They had sex? I don't doubt that either as shown by the physical evidence which, however, does not prove rape. (Consensua­l sex often leaves the same evidence.)



But that this was a setup seems equally likely as shown by the maid's own comment and her subsequent actions (or inactions.­).



Whether DSK's political opponents had a part in this I wouldn't know but there's no doubt the rape allegation ruined his political and profession­al career.
