This has been one of the most closely-argued cases before the Supreme Court!



Ted Olson, a Bush-appointed conservative and David Boies his opposite in the case of Perry vs. Schwarzenegger, both agreed and gave virtually air-tight arguments against the constitutionality of Prop. 8 and in favor of marriage equality.
