Bill Maher Defends Clint Eastwood (VIDEO)

I finally watched the Clint chair-speech this morning on YouTube and while I agree with Bill that Clint wasn't crazy or senile, I don't agree that he "killed". No, I didn't "cringe" as I expected and I was not in complete disagreement with all his points, But I thought this was an example of one of those juvenile improvisations, using an inanimate object as a prop, that actors indulge in. (James Lipton of the Actors Studio program also said as much, I understand.)

I'm not sure, for example, why we're still in Afghanistan though pulling out we are told, is not so easy. And I don't see why Obama was so quick to compromise with these guys even if he didn't have to.

But Clint might have acknowledged that the GOP deliberately tried to sabotage Obama and that they wanted to get him out of office as soon as he got in. Even so, I thought that Barack had more solid accomplishments to his credit than the present Congress ever did.

And I didn't care for his putting words into the chair's mouth when it couldn't answer back!
